About this event

Senior Wellbeing is a relaxed community day created for Townora's older residents, offering health information, gentle activities and good company in one welcoming place. Carers, family members and friends are warmly invited to come along.

Visitors can take part in free blood pressure and hearing checks, try seated yoga and tai chi, and join a walking group along the river path. Short talks will cover staying active, preventing falls and looking after memory and mood.
